If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include clear photos of the product so we can review your request.
Once your claim has been verified, we will offer either a replacement or a refund if the issue is confirmed.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect choice of size or color.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
