Delivery Time

Delivery generally takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location within Morocco.

During busy periods such as Ramadan, Eid, promotional campaigns, or public holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Please ensure that your shipping information, phone number, and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.

If a delivery is refused or if we are unable to reach the customer after multiple delivery attempts, ACHATIBI reserves the right to decline future orders from that customer.
